Hine Rare Cognac (40% ABV) is created from 25 eaux-de-vie aged in the Hine cellars and expertly blended. Here, the aim is not to mask the flavours with dominant woody tones, but to enhance them as part of a delicate exchange between the eau-de-vie and oak staves. The palate is velvety smooth, thanks to its harmonious blend of 20 cognacs aged for a minimum of 4 years, from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne and the Petite Champagne, the 2 finest crus in the Cognac region.
